Rental Application

Rental Application Form To apply for a rental unit, please complete the application form in its entirety. Ensure that all required fields are filled out accurately and legibly. Once completed, email all supporting documents to admin@royalrealtyandmanagement.com.

After completing the rental application, click the "Pay Now" link to pay the application fee. Application fees are $100 per adult over 18 years old and are nonrefundable.

All applications will be processed on a first come, first serve basis. Please allow up to 3 business days for processing.

Upon completion of the rental application, Click Here to pay the application fee. Your application will be processed when all required documents and payment have been received. Application fees are non-refundable.
